Azure on the Park is being renovated.
Brasfield & Gorrie and Atlantic Realty Partners are
teaming up and recently announced that construction is underway on a new luxury
apartment building that’s in Midtown. The building is 25 stories and will
consist of 329 luxury units that overlook Piedmont Park.
The new renovations include outdoor amenities, a rooftop
pool with park view, a parking deck and ground-floor retail space. 575,000 of
the 11.7 million sq. ft. of multifamily space that Brasfield & Gorrie has
already finished, or is in the process of doing so, are the tower and parking
deck.
In addition to this, Brasfield & Gorrie have eight other
multifamily projects planned out or already in construction in Atlanta. They include
over 3 million sq. ft. of space and the entire construction value totals to
$409.2 million.
Construction for Azure on the Park is expected to be
completed in November 2016.
