Restaurant owners can now rejoice to find a loyalty dining card, CARDelish, that allows savings of up of 30%. Businesses pay a sliding scale of discounts to patrons based on how much they spend, and owners do not pay a fee to participate. Over 100 local restaurants have enrolled already.
“Our CARDelish is a unique approach to bringing together restaurants and people looking for new
dining experiences," says Pino Venetico, CFO of CARDelish. “Unlike coupon-based promotional
programs we give our Members a true incentive to spend more and return often.”
Though restaurant owners avoid a fee, consumers will pay a small annual membership fee to obtain a CARDelish card. Patrons can now avoid having to use coupons and use their CARDelish card instead.
“A key to the success of CARDelish is that members enjoy a discrete way to save and the restaurant
makes money too: a win-win situation. Pricing is tied to actual spending so the higher the final bill—the greater the savings for the consumer,” says Venetico. “Restaurant owners will see actual consumer
spending rather than just coupon exploitation, and our Members will enjoy substantial savings.”
Patrons who purchase The Premium card, which is available to all consumers, may select a VISA pre-paid card version. This version features a running tally of their account, easily keeps track of spending and automatically replenishes by linking it to the member’s bank account.
“We believe we’ve found the perfect solution for restaurant businesses looking to expand their profits
while providing excellent value to the patron,” says Venetico. “It’s a delicious way to save.”
