2013 was a banner year for the highly
acclaimed and rapidly rising Atlanta home builder Acadia Homes &
Neighborhoods, and with the recent debut of its sleek and sophisticated state-of-the-art
Design Gallery, 2014 is already shaping up to be even bigger and better.
Located inside Suite 100 at 2110 Powers Ferry Road in Atlanta’s Shadowood
Office Complex, the new Acadia Homes Design Gallery is expected to enhance an
already award-winning customer service experience even further. The combined
vision of Acadia founder and CEO Gregg Goldenberg and Chief Operating Officer
Michael Rosenberg, Acadia Homes & Neighborhood’s Design Gallery invites
Atlanta home buyers to “Prepare to be
Inspired” through a series of Inspiration Zones designed to meet a wide
variety of tastes.
The
entirely innovative Design Gallery features 4500 square feet of showroom floor,
representative of an interactive audio-visual one-stop shopping experience for
Acadia home buyers where they can explore different combinations and pick out
everything from light fixtures and cabinetry to flooring and paint colors.
Rosenberg worked closely with highly respected national designer, Jane Meagher
to develop the pioneering design and layout of the Design Gallery – showcasing
many of the stunning design elements one might find in an Acadia home. Inspiration
Zones offer four different vignettes that the Atlanta home builder embraces to
appeal to a vast array of homebuyers: Traditional, Contemporary, Transitional
and Craftsman. Each vignette combines tangible elements, visual images and
digital technology to inspire visitors from the moment they enter the
Gallery. From there, they can visit a
variety of interior and exterior interactive stations that set Acadia’s Design
Gallery apart from other showrooms. For instance, home buyers can see samples
of elements vertically displayed, such as countertops, backsplashes, cabinetry,
and hardware to get a sneak peek of how their new kitchen might appear.
With 22 communities either in
development or open for sales throughout metro Atlanta, Acadia Homes &
Neighborhoods will have a regular flow of traffic through its new Design
Gallery. Following a “soft opening” to real estate professionals and vendor
partners on February 20, the Acadia Design Gallery is now officially open for
business and has already been met with rave reviews from home buyers and
industry professionals alike. To learn more about Acadia’s Design Gallery and
available homes in communities all over metro Atlanta, prospective home buyers
and interested real estate professionals are invited to visit www.acadiahomes.com.
