Soul Asylum will be headlining Suwanee’s August Concert
& Wing Fest Saturday, Aug. 8. Before then, attendees have the opportunity
to attend performances by three local bands, different wing samplings from
almost 12 local restaurants and a celebrity wing-eating contest at about 7:45.
The 101 starts off the musical performances at Town Center
Park at 5 p.m. with Brent Daniel and the Athens Band following. Soul Asylum will
conclude the performances when they begin at about 8:30 p.m.
The Soul Asylum are known for their “onstage swagger,
scruffy Midwestern appearance and extremely loud, frenetic sound”.
You don’t want to miss it!
There will be free off-site parking and a shuttle service
provided at 5 p.m. from Shawnee North Business Park at 305 Shawnee North Drive.
