The Atlanta Botanical Garden is hosting its largest
fundraiser again, the Garden of Eden Ball, and this year it celebrates the art
exhibition Bruce Munro: Light in the
Garden. The event will be chaired by Audra Dial and Matthew Ford and honors
the Tom Glenn family for their long-time philanthropic support of the Garden
and what it stands for.
Beginning with cocktails in Levy Parterre, a seated dinner
will follow with dancing in a tented bathroom on the Great Lawn. The tent where
the ballroom is held will be converted by Parties to Die For into an artistic
floral paradise with an “Eden in Bloom” theme, which highlights one of the
Munro exhibition’s light installations, Eden Blooms.
The event is black-tie and is set for Saturday, Sep. 26. For
ticket and sponsorship information, contact Rebekka Kuntschik at
rkuntschik@atlantabg.org.
