Soleil Laurel Canyon has just been named one of the 50 Best
Master-Planned Communities in the U.S. for 2015 by Where to Retire magazine. This
list has 50 spots of which 100 communities competed for because of Where to
Retire’s recognition as the primary authority on retirement relocation.
The deciding process is judged on many factors such as
community size, social clubs and functions, recreation and amenity space, home
pricing and resident testimonies. Some residents feel that Canton’s weather,
health care access and outdoor opportunities at Soleil are some of the reasons
that make it the best.
In addition to a wide selection of eight cottage,
traditional and craftsman-style single family homes, the affordable prices range
from the mid $200,000s to mid $400,000s. Some amenities are 11’ foot ceilings,
marble vanities and designer lighting. Since Soleil is considered an adult

and roll-in showers.
This prestigious honor is not the first
of Soleil’s awards. In 2014, they were named the 2014 Grand Aurora Award winner
and both the 2012 OBIE award for Atlanta’s 50+ Community of the Year and best
