D.R. Horton’s Four New Home Communities in Forsyth County

D.R. Horton, known as “America’s Builder", plans to expand its new-home offerings in Forsyth County by adding four communities in the first quarter of 2015; West Oaks, Daves Creek Reserve, Kellys Walk and Ridgewood Commons. Featuring homes in a wide variety of floor plans, square footage and prices, these D.R. Horton communities offer prospective homebuyers looking northeast of metro Atlanta an array of design and pricing choices.

West Oaks offers two distinct sections: The Reserve, featuring ranch plans with main-level living and offers lawn maintenance for $75 per month, and The Landing, with two-story family homes. Homes in The Reserve range from the high $200,000s to $300,000s. The prices for homes in The Landing range from the $300,000s to $400,000s.
A full resort-class amenities package is planned in West Oaks to include a community clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball and bocce ball courts, pocket parks and a large swimming pool and playground.  West Oaks is located at the corner of Campground and Bentley roads, close to the desirable Vickery Creek Elementary and Middle Schools, and West Forsyth High School. The community’s Cynthia decorated model has opened and the Jean Lee model is planned to be open later this spring.
