The Georgia Club, an upscale, planned golf community just outside of Athens, announced the grand opening of Bent Pine, its newest golf course neighborhood. Bent Pine, which will ultimately consist of 45 home sites when completed, is currently contracting many of its 28 Phase I customizable lakeside and golf course home sites. Two new home models are being unveiled at Bent Pine–The Grayton and The Rossmore–priced from the high $400,000s to low $600,000s.
Models are currently open to the public and although buyers may choose from five distinct floor plans, homes typically range from three to five bedrooms and 3,363- to 3,941-square-feet of living space.
