Global Cultural Arts Center Celebrates Opening in East Atlanta


Dance Fight Play, a global cultural arts center offering, will celebrate its grand opening on September 20, 2014 with an open house from 12-4 p.m.  The new global cultural arts center, located at 749 Moreland Avenue, Suite C201 in East Atlanta, will showcase the instructors and classes offered for kids and adults at the facility. The newly renovated center features two studio spaces and a spacious reception area. The event is open to the public.

Co-founder of the center Dabney de Lima stated, “We are excited to offer a home for global cultural arts in Atlanta and are positive that there are many Atlanta residents who are eager to experience the richness of these art forms through the classes offered at Dance Fight Play.”

Classes offered include: African dance and drumming, belly dance, yoga, the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, Portuguese language and Samba as well as private music classes in piano, guitar, violin and ukelele.
