The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC has opened a new design center, providing up to five hours of complimentary design assistance with a Professional Design Consultant after purchasing a home.

With our newly opened Design Center, our home buyers have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our design team and see first-hand all the design features available for their new home all in one convenient location.”
To assist buyers through the important task of narrowing down and selecting the options that best meet their wants, needs and budget is a talented design center team led by Design Center Manager Pamela Bordelon, Designer Cynthia Daniels and Design Center Coordinator Staci Taylor. “Part of the excitement of purchasing a new home is selecting color and finish materials, but it can also be stressful. Our team spends one-on-one time with home buyers to provide knowledge and assistance in truly creating their dream home,” stated Bordelon.
It's up to the client to decide whether they would prefer this assistance in one five-hour time frame or two separate appointments—a 3-hour session for initial selections and review of design options and a 2-hour session to finalize choices once any pricing requests have been completed. Additionally, The Providence Group of Georgia recommends a final one hour session with the sales agent.
