Paulding County's Seven Hills: Prime Community for Metro-Atlanta Homebuyers

Atlanta was ranked at the top of Penske Truck Rental's annual list of top moving destinations for the fourth year in a row, and Seven Hills community in Paulding County continues to be a prime location for those relocating to the metro-Atlanta area. With the improving economy, fewer families are stifled by the financial restrictions of the past few years, and the market of potential homebuyers continues to grow every day.

Seven Hills caters to homeowners of all types: from active adults in the 55+ age group to new couples buying their first homes, and every stage of life in-between.

The community boasts multiple amenities, including many options for families and outdoor lovers, as well as an activities director and tennis pro to help homeowners enjoy all the neighborhood has to offer. Seven Hills has its own tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a junior Olympic community pool with a "Super Saucer" water slide, and a 13-acre park for enjoyment in the warmer months. Seven Hills is also home to a community garden and multiple paths and walking trails, including ones that follow nearby Pumpkinvine Creek.

Seven Hills is located near many highly-rated Paulding County schools, including Abney Elementary School, Floyd L. Shelton Elementary School, Sammy McClure Sr. Middle School and North Paulding High School. The neighborhood is also close to Lake Altoona, as well as easy access to I-75. Town Center at Cobb and the Avenue at West Cobb provide numerous shopping and dining options, and are located within minutes of Seven Hills.

The area is also expecting serious growth over the next few years with the addition of LakePoint Sporting Community and Town Center, making it a prime location for new hotels, schools and businesses, which would bring additional jobs to the area.
