Lifestyle-Centered Community Arrives in Style

Streetscape View
Midway through this year, you can expect grand things from Forsyth County. New and stylish homes will be available in Traditions, a lifestyle-centered community. These beautiful homes are designed by the award-winning architecture firm, Wakefield Beasley. The floor plans are unique and offer options that can accommodate everyone’s needs. Homes will be available in both large and small square footages, equipped with and without basements, and master suites that are built into the first or second levels. Floor plans are currently being developed and should be available to view on the website by May of 2014.

There will also be a variety of lots to choose from, including town homes, alley-fed lots and large Estate-style lots. Backyards may be wooded or graced with a view of the community lake. Many homes will also be facing one of the several pocket parks that are placed throughout the neighborhood.

The picturesque community will be complimented with a pool, a lakefront clubhouse, multiple parks, playgrounds, sports fields and tennis courts.  Moreover, there will be sidewalks in the community that lead the way to Fowler Park and the Big Creek Greenway.

As if these qualities weren’t desirous enough, the community will also be located near top-rated schools and within two miles from GA 400.  Residents will have the luxury of a short drive to many popular restaurants, shopping centers and local entertainment.

The Grand Opening for the Model Park and Sales Centers is scheduled to take place in July of 2014. If you want to be sure to stay in the loop, visit Traditions website to receive updates.
