Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods Receives Guildmaster with Distinction Award for Customer Satisfaction

Acadia, an Atlanta new homebuilder and developer, was recognized by GuildQuality with one of their highest honors for service excellence.
 
Acadia has partnered with GuildQuality – a nationally recognized customer satisfaction surveying and performance reporting company for the residential construction industry. In January 2013, GuildQuality recognized Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods with an Atlanta Service Excellence Award; and earlier this month, GuildQuality announced that Acadia was being recognized among some of North America’s finest home builders, renovators, developers, property managers, home services contractors and real estate professionals with a Guildmaster with Distinction Award for customer satisfaction.

Each year, GuildQuality gives special recognition to companies that demonstrate an ability to deliver a consistently superior customer experience. A Guildmember since 2011, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods regularly provides their customer information to GuildQuality – which, in turn, surveys recent home buyers to determine their level of satisfaction and receive feedback about the home buying experience. Designed to celebrate service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting and real estate professions, the annual Guildmaster Awards are open to all Guildmembers who apply. GuildQuality begins accepting applications in October, and announces the award winners in May of the following year. To be considered for a Guildmaster Award, a service provider must have a survey response rate of at least 50% and a recommendation rating of at least 90% from their customers. The stakes are raised slightly higher for the coveted Guildmaster with Distinction Award.

Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods’ customers responded favorably with 99 completed surveys over the course of 2012 and a 93 percent recommendation rating of Acadia’s services to prospective home buyers. The average recommendation rate for GuildQuality members is approximately 70 percent.
