Horizon Group Properties, Inc. (OTC: HGPI.PK) and CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CBL) have announced that the opening date for a new outlet center being constructed north of Atlanta off I-575 in Woodstock, which will include Michael Kors, OFF 5th, Brooks Brothers, Cole Haan, Under Armour, Talbots and many other stores, will open in July, a month ahead of schedule.
The 370,000-square-foot initial phase of the center, to be named The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, is scheduled to open July 18, the companies said in a statement with The Atlanta Business Journal.
