“Heritage-minded stars like Linton Hopkins, Steven Satterfield, and Hugh Acheson have put updated Southern traditions on the national map,” writes Southern Living Senior Editor Paula Disbrowe. “Global flavors on Buford Highway (Vietnamese, Korean), a wave of new hotspots, and a passionate farmer’s market scene (sellingeverything from seasonal pizzas to paletas) have made Atlanta one of the most exciting food destinations in the country,” adds Disbrowe.
